Notes:
- De F5LAW: Hard going at first, poor path to PA and G, but conditions gradually improved. Short QNI list but nice session.
- De M0HTE: Not much doing on SSN this Sunday. I heard F6EEQ, Gerard 559 and Martin G4ZXN 229 and I think I heard Durk PA3BYW just breaking through but gave up trying to call in (I even went up the garden to check that my antenna had not come down!) I moved up to 40m and had a couple of QSO's but condx were pretty quiet...

Notes:
- De F5LAW: Strange conditions again, hard going on round 3. Very nice to have Al - DC5GD back in the gang. Deep QSB on all stations, except OE8GBK, strong and steady in spite of antenna covered in snow.
- De DC5GD: Challenging session again this time. Strong QSB with sigs from nil to 589 and vice versa. First 2 rounds ok for me, lost contact to all but Yann during 3rd round.

But like all other stns he had strong QSB with sigs going down to nil and coming up strong again. I did not hear any GB station all the time but seems at least John M0HTE was there. Sri! First 2 rounds ok for me, lost contact to all of you during 3rd round (same as last SSN) and stopped listening after I could not hear any sig for 10 minutes.

Tom passed away on Tuesday 5th November after a short illness. He was a great CW operator and maker of Morse keys. Tom was the inventor of the TWanger Sideswiper key. He will be greatly missed. PSE observe a 30 sec. silence NW, AS... RIP Tom - G3HGE.
- De F5LAW: Nice session with a very touching obituary QTC + 30 second SP for Tom - G3HGE sent by NCS with his TWanger, MCI BCP Durk. Our TWanger keys are now orphans, 73 dear Tom. Conditions deteriorated on last round (4): skip longer, PA and DL stations weaker, YU stronger.

80 m: 2000 - 2030 UTC, 3566 kHz.

Notes:
- De F5LAW: Awful conditions. Just heard Durk - PA3BYW and Martin - G4ZXN for a few seconds, then NIL. Been calling CQ SSN until 2030 UTC, no takers, just a QSO with DL6KW (2013 - 2020 UTC).
- De M0HTE: Not sure what was happening tonight. I heard Yann - F5LAW briefly then QSB took him out. I put out a couple of calls but no response. The rest of the band and 40m was also pretty dead here. I even went out to check that my aerial was still aloft!
- De DL2KHU: I heard only Yann F5LAW calling with a vy weak signal. A G4??? station answered and wanted to check in. No other stations heard. I did not try to check in. Sigs were to weak.

80 m: 2000 - 2134 UTC, 3567.3 kHz.

Notes:
- De PA3BYW: QRG 3567.3 kHz, shifted because very crowded band with Contest QRM.
- De F5LAW: Very interesting session, conditions much better than expected, good signals and moderate QRM from contest.
- De DL2KHU: Good conds on 80 m this evening but many nearby contest stations sometimes made it difficult to copy.
- De M0HTE: Band crowded with 'test' stations and I had a filter on.
- De DC5GD: after a long silent period I was on 3.566 MHz on Sunday for 1/2 hour (20:55...21:25). Nobody was there and I called often "SSN? de ..." ... The contest with the "599 ... test ... fb ... bb" messages was frightening.

Sunday, December 1, 2019.

80 m: 2000 - 2115 UTC, 3566 kHz.

Notes:
- De F5LAW: Nice start but quick deterioration after first round, deep QSB and noise. I first lost signals from PA3BYW and DL2KHU in round 2. QSB got all stations at end.
- De PA3BYW: Good first part but band changed. The most nearby stations (F5LAW and DL2KHU) were down to nil during round 2. UK and S-DL sustained a bit longer.
- De DL2KHU: good conds on 80 m this evening in round 1 and 2. In round 3 conds went down but I still could copy all stations except M0HTE. Yann gave the key to me and I answered but then all stations faded out.
- De DC5GD: First round was very good, then QSB out oft nowhere but strong varying sigs. I left after 2nd round.

Notes:
- De F5LAW: Band unsettled, no path to PA and UK. I heard another station calling but no C/S copied, sorry. Better next time...
- De M0HTE: Nothing heard initially and I went down the band for a while and came back on QRG at about 2030. Condx a bit rough on 80m. I went up to 40m and worked a couple of stations after the Net finished then back to 80m and worked C31CT briefly.
- De DL2KHU: No path direction PA, F, G this evening. Did not try to QNI.
- De DC5GD: Unavailable.
