Net Archives 2018.
EU 80 m Net.
Section under development.
To move to a net archive page, use the list boxes in the upper-right corner. Select year, net and click on the "Go" button.
NB: Pre-2012 net data are not processed. The Region 3 Net started on February 5, 2017 and ended in 2020.
The following graph and tables provide an overview of the variations in the level of activity for this net and give a general idea of the HF conditions met during the sessions.
-
QNI Graph.
In each month column of this bar graph, the number of participants, Net Control Station (NCS) and participating stations (QNI's), is shown:
- Per week: first week at bottom of column up to fourth/fifth week of the month;
- Per month: red on white background on top of column.
The bottom row in the table shows:
- Total number of sessions;
- Total number of participants;
- Average number of participants per session.
Click on a month name at the top of the graph to jump to the "QNI table" listing all participants per session.
-
QNI Table.
This table lists all net participants per month, week and session. NCS's are marked with "*". "Visitors" are not listed unless they took part in a session. Click on a day date in red to jump to the corresponding report table(s) if available.
-
Report Tables.
These tables compile reception reports received from net participants or listeners (SWL's). NCS's are marked with "*". Each row of a table recapitulates the reports given to the participants by the station listed in the "De" column. Call signs in italics on a different background color in "De" columns indicate reception reports. Reports expressed in decibels, +10dB for instance, must be understood as values over S9.

- De DC5GD: Catastrophic this evening, miserable conditions, awful QRN and QRM. I could copy letters now and then and some call signs. I went QRT after 20 minutes.
- De F5LAW: Very nice session in spite of heavy QRN and deep QSB. Thanks to Durk - PA3BYW for running the session and to Darrel - AA7FV for listening to today's nets via webSDRs.
- De F6EEQ: Well... for me it was not a nice session!!! Very heavy atmospheric background noise (not QRN). I already had the problem in the morning in our regular QSO (3564, 8:45/9:30) noise making some kind of interference with CW and erasing the signal. At the beginning I could barely copy Durk, and absolutely no copy on John. During second round, things were better, and I could copy everyone. Before the SSN I was with Al DC5GD but signal were very weak. We had a short QSO, so I could improve my German copy, but then he sent me a SMS to say that for SSN there was too much QRM and small signals.
- De AA7FV: A very enjoyable net. It was great to hear the keying of so many friends that I have not yet been able to work. Many thanks for the greetings at the close of net.

- De F5LAW: Good signals, some heavy QRN at times. At end of session: G4ZXN with 25W into MLA was RST 599; same report with the One Valver (EL84) running 5W into the G5RV, UFB Martin; ON6WJ was RST 599 +10dB with the WS19 running 12W into the doublet, UFB Jos. MCI BCP to Darrel - AA7FV for the very nice SWL report from Geneva, much appreciated!
- De DC5GD: Strong QRM with 9+60 dB by an (SRI) idiot not reacting to my "QRL PSE QSY" sent several times. He was just sending a single long tone always. Perhaps German army located directly by my side... WX extreme: thunderstorm with wind abt. 100 km / h and heavy rain. Many flashes so I had to go of. Was listening for some time via SDR in Constance but no fun when one is just listening hi hi.
- De ON6WJ: G4ZXN 599 +20dB steady. Afterwards Martin's signal frm Magloop/15W good for only 599 ;-).
- De AA7FV: Listener reports from aa7fv in Geneva. Using a small portable receiver with a 55-cm whip antenna, inside my hotel room. Naturally, a very high noise level here inside the hotel.
